NBC Drops The Real Wedding Crashers

Tuesday, May 15th, 2007

Okay so I was totally wrong about this new TV show, The Real Wedding Crashers, and NBC was too. In my first post about this new TV show, I was pretty optimistic because Ashton Kutcher was behind the project.

Apparently the show isn’t holding any interest and NBC isn’t even sure they’re going to show the final shows of the season.

Destination Weddings – Southern California

Is all this talk about going somewhere to hold your wedding putting ideas in your head? If so, and you are looking for a place that is not so far yet as exotic as far off places, why not consider Southern California? That is, if you currently reside in the US.

“Thumbprints, pizzelles, ladylocks — all the good stuff,” she recalls.

Even with more than 200 guests, the bride still was surprised the sweet treatswent so quickly.

Destination Weddings – Where to Go?

I remember posting something about the Caribbean last week but the more I think about it, not everyone will fancy a week in the Caribbean for their destination wedding cum honeymoon. Seriously, though, I cannot (for the life of me) understand why people would not want to go to the Caribbean. I must just be biased. In any case, there are tons of other places where you can go and hold your destination wedding.

Princess Brides from Disney

Tuesday, May 1st, 2007

Disney, the king of princesses for the 20th century, is adding princess bridal gowns to it’s wedding line, which already includes weddings at it’s resorts and on it’s cruise line.

“We do ‘being a princess’ better than anyone,” KorriMcFann, marketing manager for Disney Fairy Tale Weddings andHoneymoons, said in an interview.

The gowns were inspired by Disney princesses in Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, and The Little Mermaid and all the dresses have a classic/modern appeal using the latest fabrics and cuts.
