Lavendar Boutonniere in Filigree Boutonniere Holder

For many years, the groom’s boutonniere was a plain afterthought to the bride’s bouquet. Recent wedding trends show that the groom’s flowers are becomming more elaborate anddressy.  One way which boutonnieres are becomming more elaborate is by makingthem in a filigree boutonniere holder.  We’ve featured filigreeboutonniere holders in a previous post, and for the Butler Days Inn Winter 2007Bridal Extravaganza, we decided to bling ourselves out a bit.

Thanks to David G. Lopez from Tunes Entertainment, a wedding dj in Southern California, for the BridesClub.com mention on his Weddings in the Computer Age podcast. David also hosts a podcast named Behind the Wedding Mic, which includes interviews of wedding professionals to help answer questions for you.

In Weddings in the Computer Age Podcast #2, he was teaching how to use Google’s home page as a blog reader and he needed a blog to subscribe to so he recommended the Brides Club Wedding Blog from BridesClub.com’s home page.

Las Vegas Tourism Sets Record

No doubt that Las Vegas is the hot spot for tourists including conventions, weddings, gaming, entertainment of all kinds, and let’s not forget the food. In 2006, Las Vegas hosted nearly 39 million visitors and hotel occupancy rates at 89%, higher than Hawaii at 83% and New York City at 82%. This has also increased room rates to an average of $120 per night.
