Make Your Wedding A More Memorable Event

A wedding is the most memorable event of anyone’s life. Any bride would like to make this wonderful event all the more memorable so that it can leave a long lasting impression on everyone. You want to make this occasion stand out among the crowd and would not like to let it be viewed as a “Same Old” wedding ceremony and reception.

By not letting it be termed as “Same Old”, that does not mean to change the customs and rituals; they obviously need to be the same, but what is meant is you can add some more spice to your nuptials to make it more memorable. To give a very special and romantic touch, you may read all your vows in candle light. The candles may be distributed to the guests as they make their way into the wedding ceremony and when it is time for the vows, you may have some people go around and light all the candles and have their flame passed to the end of the row.

To make your love feel all the more special, you can choose a special ceremony time, say the time exactly when he proposed to you! You may even have pictures taken prior to your wedding ceremony! Clear everyone from the ceremony site and have your groom at the end of the site walk down, so it’s only two of you. The moment will be so sweet and special that you wouldn’t have any words for it!

You may keep a special note card, a small photo album, and a disposable camera at each wedding reception table and you can have something which asks them to write their comments and feelings on the note card and put them inside the photo album. Also ask them to take photograph of everyone present at the reception table. This way you can have a lovely and a special souvenir of every guest at your wedding reception. You may even have your guests sign and write comments on a table cloth or a guest book platter which can be kept as another memento.

These are some of things you can do to make your wedding a more memorable event. There are plenty more ideas you can think of. Remember your wedding is once in a life event.
